FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you items handmade?

Yes! All of my glass art is handmade by me in my studio while my dog whines at the door because I won’t let him fill his paws with glass.

Why does your art cost what it does?

Crafting glass art is very time consuming. There are multiple steps to each stage of the process and many hours work goes into each piece to ensure you purchase a quality item that can be displayed for many years.

When will your next shop update be?

Shop updates will be announced across my social media but generally I am aiming to have a shop update every three months. I live in Tasmania and we observe daylight savings time, be sure to keep an eye on the time zones to line up correctly.

Will there be a preview of the items available in the next shop update?

Yes! I will post a preview of the items that will be available a week prior (or at the very least a few days) to the actual drop so you have time to save your favourite items in preparation for the day.

Do you take commissions?

My commissions are not formally open as I currently have a few special projects on the go however I am always happy to chat if there is something you would really like to talk about like a special present or coloured item. I plan to either offer commission spaces or ordering options depending on my workload. Watch this space.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I am offering shipping in Australia and internationally. Glass is fragile, I do everything I can to ensure all items are securely packed and protected. Unfortunately accidents happen however we do not take responsibility for items broken in transit.

What if I change my mind when my order arrives?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Returns and Refunds information link at the bottom of the page for further information.
