Change of mind
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item is incorrect or defective, you may be eligible for a refund subject to an evaluation.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Glass is fragile, by purchasing an item you are accepting that the item may arrive damaged. We do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Custom orders
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders, personalised items or custom designs). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contactdarksouthdesigns@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
If required, we will provide return shipping information via return email. All items must be returned in the in the same condition that you received them including the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post/transfer the refund.
